​All orders are processed within 2-4 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

​Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting Monday.

​During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 Business Days.

​Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and include customs clearance delays:

​North America: 10-20 Business Days

​Europe: 12-25 Business Days

​Asia Pacific: 10-18 Business Days

​Other Regions: 15-30 Business Days

​Tracking Your Order

​A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

​Tracking updates may take 3-5 Business Days to appear after carrier scan.

​Lost or Stolen Packages

​If tracking shows lost in transit, we will investigate. Once marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable for theft.
